Manuscript Editor / Proofreader


Freelance / Part-time


We’re looking for a meticulous and compassionate editor to support our growing list of author clients. From memoirs to self-help, your job will be to polish manuscripts with care — correcting errors, improving clarity, and preserving the author’s voice throughout.


What You’ll Do:

  • Proofread and line edit manuscripts (typically 20k–80k words)
  • Flag inconsistencies, grammar issues, or awkward phrasing
  • Provide gentle suggestions and comments in a supportive tone
  • Maintain author voice and intent throughout the editing process





Graphic Designer (Books & Marketing)


Freelance / Project-based


We need a creative designer to craft striking book covers and engaging promotional materials for our authors. You’ll take briefs from our project manager, collaborate with authors when needed, and turn ideas into beautifully branded visuals.


What You’ll Do:

  • Design custom book covers (print & digital)
  • Create promotional graphics for author ads, social posts, or banners
  • Maintain visual consistency with genre, tone, and author branding
  • Work to deadlines while staying flexible to creative changes





Project Manager (Author Services)


Part-time / Ongoing


We’re looking for an organised, friendly project manager to be the linchpin between authors and our internal team. You’ll help manage timelines, coordinate editors and designers, and keep communication flowing smoothly — making sure every author feels cared for and informed.


What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee author projects from onboarding to publication
  • Liaise with editors, designers, and the author to manage deliverables
  • Send regular updates to clients and ensure expectations are met
  • Keep timelines on track and flag any roadblocks early
